Do you have hospital facilities and specialist doctors?
While the center provides continuous care at a level suitable for general elderly needs if additional medical care is required, we consult with our collaborating specialists.
What happens if we change our mind after acceptance?
Don’t worry, our primary concern is the well-being of your loved one. In such cases, the contract will be canceled.
Is there any restriction for the elderly resident to leave the center?
There are no restrictions unless the family requests it for reasons such as potential harm to the resident's health.
We live abroad, and our elderly family member is no longer able to care for themselves. Do you offer services that handle the legal matters of the elderly?
If your elderly family member is transferred to the center, we can coordinate with a suitable lawyer to handle necessary legal matters.
Are there any restrictions for visiting the elderly resident?
There are no restrictions. The center is open for family visits every day from 9 AM to 7 PM.
My mother has been hospitalized due to a stroke, and the doctors have recently discharged her. But given her condition, it’s impossible to care for her at home, and some relatives believe moving her to a nursing center is ungrateful. What should we do?
Some families who initially had similar concerns have found comfort in our care. Your loved one needs professional care, proper nutrition, hygiene, and treatment more than anything right now. The key is ensuring her basic needs are met, which is difficult to do at home. Just like when taking her to the hospital, we must also be vigilant in creating the best conditions for her post-hospital recovery. We advise you to consult with our experts rather than letting misunderstandings or feelings complicate the situation further. Contact our admissions department for guidance.
Do you offer home care services for the elderly? Do you have programs to take residents outside your facility for outings to improve their mood?
We do not offer home care services, but we have weekly recreational programs that include visits to cinemas, theaters, concerts, restaurants, religious sites, and public park outings, all of which are available daily depending on the resident’s condition and the family’s request.
My father has Alzheimer’s and recently got lost in the street. We’re very concerned about him potentially harming himself. What should we do?
Alzheimer's is a condition that requires serious attention. While you didn’t specify what stage your father’s condition is at, we recommend not leaving him alone. Medications should be managed by another person, and using a stove or matches should be avoided. Always keep his address and phone number with him. Prevention and caution are key.
Our situation makes it impossible to care for our elderly family member at home, but emotionally, it's challenging for both us and him. My father can't move due to a hip fracture, and we are not home during the day. What do you suggest?
We understand and respect your emotional concerns. Your father needs medical and therapeutic care more than anything right now, which is the best help you can offer him. You can visit him anytime during the day. The most important thing is that he recovers, which can only happen with proper care, including specialized physiotherapy. Many of our residents have gone through similar situations, and after a short time, they return to a normal life. If you need further consultation, we recommend discussing your concerns with our experts. Families who have consulted with us have found better solutions with our help.
Are the elderly residents you care for all immobile and very old?
No! Our residents vary in age and health. We care for everyone from relatively healthy seniors to elderly individuals with different needs.
Is there a waiting list for reserving a place in the center?
It depends on the timing of the request. If a desired place is temporarily unavailable, the center’s management will offer alternative options, ensuring the admission process is smooth. It's best to reserve a place as early as possible.
Do you provide consultations on how to better care for the elderly?
Our center offers both general and specialized consultations for families with elderly residents or those seeking to transfer a loved one to our facility. Many families find it easier to make decisions after consulting with our experts.
We prefer that our elderly family member is not in a hospital-like environment. What is your facility like?
Our center is designed to have the comfort of a home while also providing all the necessary medical and care facilities. We’ve made efforts to ensure the public spaces and rooms are not hospital-like but feel more like a home. This approach, though challenging for management, has been highly effective in uplifting the spirit of our residents.
Are your rooms shared or private?
First and foremost, we prioritize the needs of the resident and their family. We aim to provide a living situation that best suits each person’s preferences, whether that’s a private room or shared accommodation. Some residents prefer more privacy, while others are more social and prefer not to be alone. We try to match residents with similar needs. While we suggest options, the final decision rests with the family and the resident.
